Our Client’s Needs:
Develop a five-year strategic plan for an ONG present in over ten West-African countries with the input of a representative cross-section of the organisation.
Engage the employees in a genuine, in-depth conversation about the future of the organisation in a fast-changing environment; analyse operational and strategic insights; decide on the way forward and organise the in-the-field implementation process.
We designed for high involvement, inquisitive conversations across a variety of perspectives and cultures, and concrete outputs.
We brought in content experts, organised the logistical set up, the real-time knowledge capture, and collated the communication documents explaining the decisions taken during the Designshop.
